Mahatiktaka Ghrita
Mahatiktaka Ghrita is an Ayurvedic medicine, in the form of medicated ghee, mainly used as a medicine for Snehakarma, a preparatory procedure of Panchakarma, and also used in the treatment of skin problems, bleeding disorders, gastritis, gout, anemia, blisters, schizophrenia, heart diseases, menorrhagia, bleeding piles, herpes, jaundice and fever. It calms Vata and Pitta.
It is prepared according to the reference of Bhaishajyaratnavali Kushta Adhikara and Astangahridayam.
