Plant description:
Giant Potato-Ipomia paniculata is a vine, a type of morning glory, it can grow up to 10 m. Leaves are dark green, Leaf blades are circular in outline, 7 to 18 cm and 7 to 22 cm, palmately 5 to 7-divided. Flowers are pink and darker in center, funnel-shaped, 5 to 6 cm across. Rhizomes are the useful plant part in Ayurveda medicines, which is similar to the sweet potato.
