Wild Mustard

Scientific name of Wild Mustard: Cleome Viscosa, Cleome Icosandra

Sanskrit: Rajakshavam, Rajasaharpam, Karimkaduku, Pashuganda

Hindi: Jangli Sarswoam

Malayalam: Kattukaduku കാട്ടുകടുക്, Krimishathru കൃമിശത്രു

Plant description:

Wild mustard is an annual herb, grows up to 1 m. height, hairy. Leaves are pale green with 3 to 5 leaflets, ovate, elliptic, sized 2 to 4 cm long and 2.5 cm wide, flowers are pink or yellow at the top; seeds contain in a pod length up to 3 inches, many, dark brown in color, 1 to 1.5 mm in diameter.
