Podikizhi

Podikizhi is an Ayurveda treatment method of massaging with certain herbal root powders. It is effective in the treatments of arthritis, paralysis and neuro-muscular diseases. the pouch of muslin contains medicines heated frequently and massaged all over the body with a rithemic manner.

It is very useful in Vatha and kapha disorders such as muscular pains arthritis, back pain and paralysis.
