Plant description of Phlomis:
It is commonly found throughout in Western Ghats, Evergreen Forests, an annual herb with heart-shaped green stinging leaves and its stem is red in color, stinging hairs causing irritation to the skin as itching. Seeds are in clusters which spread to germinate.It is commonly seen in Western ghat areas and evergreen Forests. This herb is iron rich and useful to make tonics, modern studies found its wound healing efficiency.
