India Borage

Scientific name of Indian Borage: Coleus aromaticus

Sanskrit: Karpporavalli

Hindi: Patharcur

Malayalam: Panikkorkka പനികൂർക്ക, Karppora valli കർപ്പൂരവള്ളി, Njavara

Plant description:

It is an evergreen shrub, tender and fleshy, erect shoot grows up to 50 cm tall, leaves are thick, slender and toothed margin, little hairy and strong scented. The flowers are small, bluish in color and in terminal spikes.
