Plant description:

Hill pepper is a slender-stemmed climber, commonly in the Western Ghats, evergreen or semi-evergreen forest areas. Leaves are 5 nerved from the base, petiole glabrous, ovate-oblong, tapered both ends, sized to 9cm long and 3 cm wide, stem  branched, tail-shaped inflorescences, color yellow, covered in tiny flowers.
