Plant Description:
Four O’clock flower or Pantheerady (Mirabilis jalapa) is an evergreen subshrub grows up to 1 m tall. Leaves are ovate to oblong, 2.5 to 8 cm long and 1 to 3.5 cm wide, oppositely arranged in pairs, many branched, slender stems, and pale green in colour. Flowers are white to dark pink with a basal tube 2.5 to 3 cm long and the corolla is 2 to 4 cm in diameter, and has five petals, a dark dot at the middle of the flower.
