Plant description of Bowstring Hemp:

Bowstring Hemp- Sansevieria roxburghiana is a herbaceous perennial plant. The leaves are pale green with whitish marks, dagger-shaped, erect, fleshy, fibrous and flat; up to 1.5 meters long and 7 cm wide. The flowers are dull-white, numerous, fragrant, up to 3 cm long. Fruit is globose, about 8 mm diameter and seeds are ovoid and white in colour. Rhizomes are a ginger like branched and fibrous.
