Ayurveda Lehyam or Rasayana

A Jam form of Ayurvedic herbal medicines are called Lehyam or Rasayana made up the base ingredient of Guda-Jaggery or Sita-Sugar(Madhu-Honey ) added to medicinal decoctions or dried medicinal plants(Angadi Marunnukal) made into thick paste by boiling the mixture of powdered herbs mixed together till in the form of jam. It is commonly used to get energy and vigor and used as post delivery medication.
